Louise has daily contact with our brokers to ensure they are meeting all their compliance obligations.

Louise has a wealth of experience gained from 25 years in Retail Banking, Lending and Management and has lived in many places in Australia, as her spouse is in Defence. In all her positions, Lou ensures that her clients have grown their knowledge from their interactions with her.

Lou loves her rugby supporting both Australia and Wales (and has had very interesting conversation sitting next to the resident die hard Kiwi Supporter in the QED team). She has a large Welsh family as has been learning to speak Welsh and frequently shares with the team - Iechyd da!
